Fluid-Particle Systems

This course examines characterization, storage and handling of particulate solids, processing, granulation or size reduction, transport of particulate solids, crystallization, mixing of solid and pastes, and mechanical separation of fluid and particles. Safety of fine powders will also be studied. PREREQ: ENGR 2097. (lec 3, tut 1) cr 3.
