Mathematical Process Modelling and Process Control

This course will cover first-principles and empirical modelling of dynamic processes. The focus of this course will be development of the student's ability to efficiently formulate process models and understand various model forms in process system engineering. Finally, through a series of problem sets, the student will gain exposure to engineering software such as MATLAB / SIMULINK. (lec 3) cr 3
