Electro-Optical Instrumentation Theory And Applications

This course focuses on the fundamentals and engineering applications of electro-optical instrumentation. The theory of lasers, photo-detectors, fiber optics, interferometry and speckle phenomena is covered. The following engineering applications are studied: telemetry, thermo-fluids, biomechanics, robotics and in machinery. (lec 3) cr 3.
