Introduction to Environmental Solutions

This course offers an overview of environmental challenges and solutions exclusively for students in the BSc in Environmental Solutions. This course explores the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, current environmental solutions, and associated careers. Content is delivered through literature discussion, field visits, guest lectures, and an orientation visit to Cambrian College. Emphasis is placed on cultural awareness and the importance of diverse perspectives in environmental problem-solving. This course is restricted to ESOL students only. (lec 3) 3 cr.
