Examines Italian Renaissance writings with the objective of formulating an idea of the Italian Renaissance. Topics may include philosophy, literature, art, architecture, science, religion, magic or linguistic issues. Authors studied may include Guicciardini, Ficino, Castiglione, Stampa.
