Collective Bargaining

This course addresses the theory and practice of union/management collective bargaining. The formulation of bargaining strategies and tactics, and the development of contract language, are explored through an intensive collective bargaining simulation exercise. (Lec 3) Cr 3. PREREQ: 18 university credits or permission of the instructor. Students may not retain credit for both LBST 3056 and 4056.
