Flag Football and Ultimate Frisbee

This course introduces the skills and rules of Ultimate Frisbee and Flag Football as well as how to play each game and implement strategies. (exp 3) cr 1.5. Students may not retain credit for both PHED 2389 and either PHED 2369 or PHED 2379.
