Professionalismin Outdoor Leadership

This course involves senior students developing professionally as outdoor leaders through an experiential process involving the facilitation of colloquiums, arranging guest speakers, completing self-directed tripping days, compiling a tripping and log portfolio, participating in an academic conference, obtaining required certifications, leading a workshop facilitation, mentoring younger students, assisting on courses in the field, and initiating other relevant events.
