Special Topics in Environmental Biology

This course examines topics selected from the current literature on the effects of environmental change on living organisms. Topics such as long-term environmental assessment and monitoring and experimental approaches to track global environmental change are studied, with an emphasis on sedimentary analyses and other proxy methods (e.g., ice cores, dendrochronology).
